I am excited to share some snapshots of my work featured in the latest Femme Actuelle Jeux Delices June/July 2021 edition magazine in France. I feel so grateful that they have covered my work in a 6 page spread.I am indeed humbled with this recognition of my jelly art pieces in a country so far away.

Beginner’s Class with Friends

The highlights of my week ended with a beginner’s course for some lovely ladies in a friend’s lovely home. A break for lunch, accompanied with some delectable fresh oysters, scallops and a glass of bubbly. Oh, and not to worry they still did still learn to create some beautiful jelly pieces which they got to take home.

The classroom all ready for action.
Lunch is served….
Happiness and smiles as colourful as the jelly flowers.
Ladies hard at work, or is it play?

Private Beginners Class

It was another lovely day of teaching a student who loves baking cakes. There is nothing more rewarding than to see a student’s face beaming with joy from her private beginner’s class. Always ending the day on a high note when her first ever masterpiece is unmould. Nice to also add that she did a very good job as well! Bravo!!

Jelly for Charity

Very honoured to be a part of a charity event raising money for Cancer Council Australia. We managed to raise over $2k via the sale of food that we have made with love. Thanking everyone for their generosity and time to make this event a success. Glad my humble jelly art contributed to this as well.

Private Beginner’s Class

Conducted another successful private beginner’s class at home yesterday. The smile on the student’s face, when she unmoulds her very first piece of 3d Jelly Art. All this, combined with the ability to introduce a totally new skill to another fellow being. I would not choose to do anything else but to share this beautiful journey with all around the world.

60 Seconds Docs Gone Viral

It was a tiring but rewarding day at the same time. Flooded with many queries for orders on Jelly Cakes and classes. Indeed a surreal feeling to discover that a video which I was featured in sometime ago had garnered almost 1.8 million views and 10,000 shares in just two days. I would like to say a big thank you for every single one who could not “resist the urge to squish” LOL!!

Private Beginner’s Course

Today was a rather fruitful day spent with a private beginner’s student. The day started with lots of chatting as she happens to also be a fellow Malaysian. Despite the weather being gloomy outside, the outcome of this class truly brightened up the day. Mission accomplished! I cannot wait to see the future masterpieces from her.
